Our client is a UK-headquartered, Private Equity-backed insurance broking group with a rapidly expanding multinational footprint, built through a combination of organic growth and sustained M&A activity. The Group Treasury function acts as an in-house bank, providing liquidity and funding across the group's businesses.
Treasury is a small, close-knit team, so this is a genuinely hands-on role — while the primary focus is leading the TMS implementation, the successful candidate will flex across other treasury activities and projects as needed, covering colleagues where required.
This is a rare opportunity to own a live, multi-jurisdiction Kyriba rollout from the client side, with real influence over how the platform is configured and scaled across the group.

- Solid working knowledge of banking systems and payment protocols/connectivity (SWIFT, host-to-host, APIs)
- Qualified accountant advantageous but not essential
- Comfortable in a small-team environment — adaptable, energetic, and willing to pick up broader treasury work beyond the core project brief
