Job summary

The ONE Group Ltd, Towcester, Northamptonshire, is seeking an experienced Group Transactional Finance Manager to lead and develop a cross-entity transactional finance function. You will own AR, AP, billing and credit control, drive process improvements, manage working capital and deliver robust controls across multiple entities, while coaching a tenured team.

The role combines hands‑on leadership with strategic cash‑flow oversight, system enhancements and standardisation of transactional finance

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a transactional finance, accounting operations or shared-service team.
• Experience within a multi-entity environment.
• In-depth knowledge of AR, AP, billing and credit control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group transactional finance function across AR, AP, billing and credit control.
• Own end-to-end purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles across multiple entities.
• Ensure supplier payments, customer billing, cash allocation and collections are completed accurately.
• Take ownership of working capital performance including debtor days and cash collection.
• Monitor aged debtors/creditors and provide clear reporting and action plans.
• Drive standardisation and documentation of transactional finance processes.
