An exciting role has been created at a fast growing FTSE 100 business for a Group Tax Manager to further expand the team. Working closely with the Head of Tax, you'll manage international tax planning, transfer pricing, M&A due diligence, and the implementation of new regulations like Pillar 2. Specific responsibilities include:

• Conduct or oversee tax due diligence for acquisitions, partnering with external advisors as needed
• Develop and maintain global transfer pricing policies and governance in partnership with external advisors
• Ensure compliance with Country by Country Reporting and implementing Public CbCR
• Oversee Pillar 2 readiness and implementation across jurisdictions

This is a broad and varied role that would suit someone with strong international tax experience. The role is initially a 6‑month contract with a flexible approach to hybrid working. Ideally, the candidate will be based in the City office 2‑3 days per week. Please apply now for more information.
