The Group Tax Manager will play a critical role in managing the Group's tax compliance and reporting processes. You will be the primary point of contact for relationships with global tax advisors, ensuring the effective implementation of the Group’s transfer pricing policies and tax risk management strategies. This role is essential for supporting our business initiatives, particularly during mergers and restructuring, while continuously assessing the impact of changing tax legislation.
Role Purpose
We are seeking a Group Tax Manager to join our dynamic business. This pivotal role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities across UK and international direct and indirect taxes. You will work closely with the Head of Tax and other departments within the organisation to ensure compliance with tax regulations, optimise the Group’s tax profile, and contribute to our overall tax strategy.
