The Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Group Systems Co‑ordinator to join our team. This role supports and develops Microsoft platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate) and associated operational systems that underpin our digital transformation strategy. You will maintain and optimise booking systems, calendars, approval forms, and workflows, ensuring smooth operations for staff, students, and immersive learning spaces, support VR and immersive teaching environments, deliver training, develop content and drive user‑focused improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage SharePoint, Teams, and Power Automate workflows.
  • Oversee operational systems including calendars, booking forms, and approval processes.
  • Provide responsive support via the Service Desk and document internal procedures.
  • Deliver training and create user guides for staff and students.
  • Support immersive/VR technologies including content development and integrate them into existing systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and digital innovation projects.
Who You Are
  • Experience in SharePoint, Power Automate and Office 365.
  • Strong skills in managing operational systems and workflows.
  • Ability to lead system development projects and produce clear documentation.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • A proactive approach to learning new technologies and supporting others.
  • Educated to Level 4 or above.
  • High level of computer literacy and web skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
