A leading educational institution is seeking a proactive Group Systems Co‑ordinator to enhance Microsoft platforms and operational systems. Responsibilities include managing SharePoint, Teams, and Power Automate workflows. We are seeking a proactive and skilled Group Systems Co‑ordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and developing Microsoft platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate) and associated operational systems that underpin our digital transformation strategy.
You will maintain and optimise booking systems, calendars, approval forms, and workflows, ensuring smooth operations for staff, students, and immersive learning spaces. This role also involves supporting VR and immersive teaching environments, delivering training, developing content and driving user‑focused improvements across the college.
