The Role

As Group Sales & Marketing Manager, you will sit on the senior leadership team and take full responsibility for shaping and executing DATIM’s sales, commercial, and marketing strategies. You’ll balance strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery, working closely with the Managing Director and wider business to achieve ambitious growth targets.

You Will
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to hit revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop and deliver innovative marketing campaigns to raise brand visibility.
  • Strengthen relationships with key contractors, architects, and developers.
  • Drive commercial excellence through pricing, contract negotiation, and account management.
About You

We’re looking for a proven leader with a strong track record in sales and marketing, ideally within construction, Doorsets, Ironmongery, or related sectors. You’ll combine commercial acumen with marketing flair, with the ability to:

  • Deliver revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high‑performing sales team.
  • Shape impactful marketing strategies that generate results.
  • Win trust with senior stakeholders and long‑term clients.
