What you’ll do

Lead our enterprise risk and continuity strategy across the organisation

Guide board and executive teams to make confident, informed decisions

Set frameworks that embed risk ownership and continuity leadership

Support major incident response with calm, expert oversight

Influence a proactive, open risk culture through strategic thinking

You have

Experience leading risk and continuity in regulated or complex settings

Confidence presenting at board level and influencing senior leaders

A qualification in risk or continuity, or equivalent experience

Strong knowledge of consumer standards, health and safety and compliance

Skills to guide, challenge and support without direct line management

You’ll work Monday to Friday and manage your own diary

We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Newcastle upon Tyne head office, with the rest from home.

Our anchor day is Wednesday, and you pick your second day.
