Group Payroll and Benefits Manager

Currently recruiting for a fast paced manufacturing business in the Sutton Coldfield area an experienced Payroll and Benefits Specialist to lead all compensation, payroll and benefits for the Group.

You will be responsible for
  • Managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and contribute to group operations
  • You will play a key role in driving process improvements
  • Maintaining accurate records,
  • Ensure employees receive timely and accurate pay and benefits.
