Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience in Group Reporting, Consolidation or External Reporting.
• Experience in FTSE 100/FTSE 250 or similarly complex listed organisation with IFRS reporting and consolidation knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead change and influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Audit and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the future design of Consolidation, Group Reporting and External Reporting within the SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation.
• Drive key decisions across Group structures, consolidation processes, reporting outputs, governance and financial controls.
• Bridge Finance, Technology, Tax, Audit and Programme teams; translate complex reporting requirements into practical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate reporting processes, improving data quality and efficiency.
• Lead testing, deployment and adoption activities, supporting Finance teams through go-live and first reporting cycles.
