Qualifications

• Strong background in financial reporting and group consolidations.
• Hands-on experience of acquisition accounting and integration work.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of monthly management accounts for the Parent Company.
• Support preparation of consolidated monthly Group accounts.
• Prepare cashflow forecasts and manage Group VAT returns.
• Lead acquisition accounting work, including completion accounts.
