Job Description
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS or relevant accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance teams across the group to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors.
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support as required by the leadership team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Reporting Analyst should have:
- A professional accounting qualification - ACA, ACCA - with a background in a top tier practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation processes.
- Experience in the property industry or a similar sector is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
