The Company

The role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Reporting Accountant to join our dynamic Group Finance team. In this key role, you will support the timely delivery of accurate, complete and compliant financial and management information for the entire Group. You will be involved across month‑end, interim and year‑end reporting cycles, as well as a variety of high‑impact group‑wide finance projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, technically strong accountant who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities:
  • Consolidate Group results and deliver clear financial insights.
  • Review financial statements and disclosures for interim and year‑end reporting.
  • Support a smooth, issue‑free external audit to tight Q1 deadlines.
  • Prepare technical accounting papers for auditors.
  • Work with subsidiary FDs to keep audits and submissions on track.
  • Review subsidiary statutory accounts to ensure Group alignment and timely filings.
  • Review annual tax computations across all Group companies.
  • Consolidate annual budgets and ensure timely submissions from subsidiaries.
  • Pull together in‑year reforecasts and summarise key assumptions.
  • Provide financial analysis to Group and subsidiary teams.
  • Support Group‑wide finance projects (banking, systems, software).
  • Supply data and analysis for investor presentations and City updates.
  • Deliver ad‑hoc support to the Group CFO and FD.
Your Skills:
  • CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and experience preparing statutory accounts.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and pride in producing quality outputs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Determined, driven and committed to delivering outstanding results as the Group continues to grow.
  • Experience with NetSuite is desirable but not essential.
