Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is working with a well-established civil engineering contractor in Grays, England to recruit a Group Quality Manager. You will own quality across the business, lead audits and drive continuous improvement on major civil engineering projects.

Salary up to £80,000 per annum, with pension contributions, healthcare and a discretionary bonus. The role is field-based across UK sites with travel between sites as required and a 7am–7pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System across projects.
• Drive audits and supplier/site audits to ensure compliance.
• Support live projects with quality procedures and documentation.
• Provide guidance on client quality expectations and delivery strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, maintain and develop the company’s Quality Management System
• Monitor compliance with quality systems, processes and contract requirements
• Establish and manage project audit programmes across live sites
• Carry out internal, external, site and supplier audits
• Support site teams with quality procedures, documentation and best practice
• Drive continuous improvement and quality awareness across the business
• Travel between sites as required
