Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting for a Group Quality Manager to own and enhance the Quality Management System across a growing civil engineering contractor. You will lead audits, drive improvements and ensure project quality on live sites nationwide.

The role requires extensive experience in civil engineering, tunnelling or heavy civils, with strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and a track record of successful process improvements and client-facing quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quality Manager or senior QA in civil engineering or construction.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems.
• Proven ability to lead audits across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead, maintain and develop the company's Quality Management System across live sites.
• Monitor compliance with quality systems, processes and contract requirements.
• Establish and manage project audit programmes across live sites; carry out internal, external and supplier audits.
• Support site teams with quality procedures, documentation and best practice.
• Drive continuous improvement and deliver zero-defect handovers.
