Hydrasun is seeking a Group Quality Assurance Advisor at Aberdeen HQ to clarify QA scope across ISO accredited branches and manage risk within the business. The role involves maintaining the document control register, conducting QA audits, and ensuring staff are inducted into QA processes.

Travel to Hydrasun or customer locations is required, with ongoing development of the integrated management system to keep it fit for purpose.

• Experience in QA and ISO9001:2015 standards.
• Ability to manage document control and training.
• Travel to Hydrasun or customer locations as required.

The Group Quality Assurance (QA) Advisor role centres on providing clarity on the review process for QA scope across the ISO accredited branches.

The work

Maintain the Hydrasun document control register and issue-controlled documents and maintain high standards of housekeeping at all times.

• Assist the HSEQ Manager in ensuring the quality specific elements of Hydrasun’s integrated management system is maintained and complies with the ISO9001:2015 standard
• Ensure that the QA team stay abreast of all current and future standard and regulatory requirements
• Carry out quality assurance inductions for all new employees
• Carry out QA audits based on the defined risk profile and in line with the agreed audit plan
• Provide positive challenge to the department and the wider organisation in ensuring the quality management system continually improves and remains fit for purpose for the business

• (But will be required to travel to other Hydrasun or Customer locations.)

• Report and define the clear action on the performance of key suppliers

• Review and approval of new supplier evaluation forms
