Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for a Group IT Manager to oversee IT operations across multiple sites in Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, strong expertise in IT management and cybersecurity, and be an effective team leader. This on-site role also offers flexible hours outside of core times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT Management, ideally in a fast-scaling environment.
• Strong hands-on expertise across Infrastructure, Networking (WAN / LAN) and ERP projects.
• Excellent knowledge of IT security / Cyber Security best practice.

• Lead day-to-day IT operations, support, and infrastructure delivery.
• Drive the ERP roadmap including selection, implementation, and optimisation.
• Oversee Cybersecurity, compliance, and disaster recovery planning.
• Mentor a small IT team and manage third-party vendors.

An exciting opportunity for a Group IT Manager to join a fast-paced, high-growth organisation. This role will lead IT operations across multi-site environments and oversee Infrastructure, Network and Cybersecurity.

Key points:

• Due to the nature of the role, the position is predominately based on-site in Hampshire. Flexible hours are possible outside of core times.
• Previous experience in a Retail, Start-up, Scale-up or similar paced environment is essential
• Driving license is essential due to location.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations, support, and infrastructure delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive the ERP roadmap - including selection, implementation, and optimisation
• Oversee Cybersecurity, compliance, and disaster recovery planning
• Mentor a small IT team and manage third-party vendors

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT Management, ideally in a fast-scaling environment
• Strong hands-on expertise across Infrastructure, Networking (WAN / LAN) and ERP projects
• Excellent knowledge of IT security / Cyber Security best practice
• Effective team leader and confident cross-functional communicator
• Microsoft tech stack; Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure, etc is desirable
