Are you a Group H&S Manager, Head of H&S or an experienced HSE Manager with multi site responsibility?

We are currently working with a well renowned, multi-site food manufacturer who are looking for a Group H&S Manager to join the UK operation. The role does have multi-site responsibility, spanning across the Midlands and Yorkshire.

Key responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the role will include driving best practices across all sites, working with Site Leadership across multi-site and also international group reporting lines, developing personal development plans, weekly and monthly H&S reporting, including accident reporting, investigations, risk assessments and identifying areas of improvement.

To be successful in the role you will need to be a hands on problem solver, a true change agent with a focus on CI and driving the HSE agenda, strong communicator with the ability to do so with all internal and external stakeholders. Ideally you will have +5 years' experience at Group or Head of H&S positions, especially within a food manufacturing environment.
