Are you a Group H&S Manager, Head of H&S or an experienced HSE Manager with multi‑site responsibility?

We are currently working with a well-renowned, multi‑site food manufacturer who are looking for a Group H&S Manager to join the UK operation. The role does have multi‑site responsibility, spanning across the Midlands and Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving best practices across all sites
• Working with Site Leadership across multi‑site and also international group reporting lines
• Developing personal development plans
• Weekly and monthly H&S reporting, including accident reporting, investigations, risk assessments and identifying areas of improvement

Qualifications

• Hands on problem solver, a true change agent with a focus on CI and driving the HSE agenda
• Strong communicator with the ability to do so with all internal and external stakeholders
• Ideally 5+ years' experience at Group or Head of H&S positions, especially within a food manufacturing environment
