The Stowe Group seeks a friendly, dynamic Estates professional to join Stowe School and support the Group Director of Estates in maintaining buildings and infrastructure, ensuring statutory compliance and safety. The role spans Stowe School and any other properties under the group, with a proactive focus on upkeep and project delivery.
You will work with internal stakeholders across four Schools, manage multiple projects, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
We are looking for a friendly, dynamic, and professional individual to join our busy Estates Management team at Stowe School. This role is pivotal in assisting the Group Director of Estates and the Estates Building Maintenance team to ensure that the upkeep and statutory compliance of all buildings and infrastructure in and around the school and any other properties that the school may have at their disposal, are fully maintained.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders across all four Schools within The Stowe Group as well as external third parties, working on multiple projects ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget. You will have a good knowledge of Health and Safety and Statutory Compliance, building management and defect diagnosis. You will have strong people management skills and take a proactive approach in driving team development.
