Goodman Masson is supporting an interim assignment for a Senior Group FP&A Lead in Central London with hybrid working. You will take ownership of group consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting across multiple entities, delivering insight to the CFO and leadership team.
The role requires strong FP&A and consolidation experience in a private equity backed environment, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Power BI and SQL.

We are seeking an experienced Interim Group FP&A Lead to join a fast growing, acquisitive business for an initial 3–6 month assignment.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take ownership of Group FP&A, with a particular focus on Group consolidation, planning, forecasting, performance reporting and commercial insight.
This is a hands on role requiring someone who can quickly understand a complex Group structure, establish credibility with senior stakeholders and provide clear, decision useful insight to the CFO and leadership team.
This is a high impact interim assignment working directly with the CFO during a period of growth, acquisition and change.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to strengthen Group FP&A, improve consolidation and reporting processes, enhance management insight and support senior leadership with strategic decision making.
