I am looking for a Group FP&A Analyst to join an Iconic Retail brand in their finance team! You will play a key role in driving data‑led decision‑making and profitable growth. In this role, you'll partner with regional and local Finance Directors, lead on budgeting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, consolidating global submissions for senior leadership.
  • Own internal FP&A reporting and identify process improvements.
  • Govern and optimise the TM1 reporting system in collaboration with IT and Finance teams.
  • Business partner for Group cost centres – manage month‑end close, provide insight, and present results to senior management.
  • Prepare regular global revenue outlooks for the VP of Commercial Finance.
Candidate Specification:
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with 3+ years' finance experience.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with financial consolidation/reporting systems (TM1 preferred).
  • Confident communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of TM1, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and experience in retail or luxury goods.
