Job summary

Oscar Mayer Limited seeks a qualified Quality & Compliance professional to support the Group Technical Services Manager in delivering and expanding the digital quality management system across three sites. You will help write the Group Quality Management System and Governance Standard, coordinating routine audits by the external auditor and conducting hygiene and systems audits as required.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Level 3 minimum.
• HACCP Level 3 minimum.
• Internal audit training completed.
• Lead Auditor Qualification (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support Group Technical Services Manager in delivering the digital quality management system.
• Assist in writing the Group Quality Management System and roll it out across the 3 sites.
• Assist in writing the Governance Standard for Oscar Mayer and coordinate routine audits by the external audit company.
• Audit sites for hygiene and systems as required by the Group Technical Services Manager.
• Carry out other duties or projects as agreed with the Group Technical Services Manager.
• Coordinate cross-functional audits at each site and help close non-conformances within agreed timeframes.
• Prepare KPI reports and trend recurring non-conformances for the wider group.
• Ensure up-to-date gap analyses for customer and accreditation standards are reflected in site manuals and procedures.
