We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-driven Group Financial Reporting Manager to lead and enhance our group-level financial reporting and consolidation processes. This role will play a central part in delivering accurate timely and compliant external reporting across our international operations. You will be a key technical accounting resource supporting IFRS consolidation policy alignment and special projects such as acquisitions and IFRS conversion.

What you'll do
  • Provide technical accounting support across all subsidiaries ensuring consistency and compliance with IFRS.
  • Lead the preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements including notes and formal statutory consolidated cash flows.
  • Maintain detailed audit trails of GAAP to Stat adjustments ensuring accurate bookings to retained earnings and roll-forward reconciliations.
  • Prepare audit schedules and manage external auditor requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage the external financial reporting process including investor requests and group reporting templates.
  • Develop implement and maintain up-to-date group accounting policies in line with evolving standards.
  • Lead the restructure of intercompany architecture supporting a more efficient consolidation and reporting structure.
  • Drive the IFRS conversion project across international subsidiaries aligning global reporting for eventual automation of IFRS consolidation.
  • Support or manage financial reporting systems ensuring functionality meets group consolidation and compliance needs.
  • Continuously improve financial reporting processes identifying opportunities for automation standardisation and enhanced insight.
  • Reconcile group results to US GAAP where required for investors or stakeholders.
  • Support special projects including reviewing contracts and business combinations to ensure correct accounting treatment and disclosure
What you'll need
  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA) with significant post‑qualification experience in a group reporting or technical accounting role.
  • Strong technical expertise in IFRS and consolidation accounting (multi‑entity multi‑currency).
  • Experience preparing consolidated statutory accounts and managing external audits.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply accounting standards to complex transactions (e.g. acquisitions restructures revenue recognition).
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting and consolidation systems (e.g. NetSuite Hyperion OneStream or equivalent).
  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills.
It would be great if you have
  • Experience with IFRS to US GAAP reconciliations or operating in dual‑reporting environments.
  • Experience managing or participating in IFRS transition projects across global subsidiaries.
  • Familiarity with automating consolidation and reporting processes.
  • Background in audit financial reporting or technical advisory (Big 4 or similar desirable).
