Responsibilities
Own the Group month-end close and reporting.
Prepare management accounts and performance commentary.
Lead acquisition integration and reporting alignment.
Establish financial controls and governance.
Manage year-end statutory reporting and audits.
Oversee tax, VAT, payroll, and compliance.
Support CFO with reporting and forecasting.
Assist with lender and investor reporting.
Drive improvement of finance systems and data quality.
Lead and develop a growing finance team.
