A leading financial services company in the UK is seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead their finance teams and drive significant change. You will oversee the corporate finance functions, ensuring compliance, whilst leading a team to improve processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in accounting standards and stakeholder management. A competitive salary of circa £110,000 and additional benefits are offered.

This role sits within the Probitas Finance Leadership team, reporting to the Head of Finance. You'll lead both the corporate finance function across the UK and overseas entities, and the finance operations team, ensuring compliance and driving process improvements. You'll be the key link between Probitas and Aviva, helping deliver change while maintaining business‑as‑usual.
