Job summary

360 Recruitment is seeking a high-calibre finance leader to step up into the Finance Director position. You will head the Accounts department, shape financial strategy, and partner with senior management to drive growth and performance.

There are two offices, but the role is predominantly based in Nottingham with the accounts team. This is a stepping-stone opportunity toward Group FD as the business expands.

This is the perfect role to step up into a Finance Director position, the company we are recruiting for has everything you need

An experienced accounts team with continued to growth (around 33% in the last year) And they have decent systems and insight into the business.

What they need is someone to come on board and head up the Accounts department.

Recently they have been working with a Part Time Interim FD who has helped shape the department but now it is time to bring the role in-house.

Progression is very much down to you; they see this role being the Finance Director of the company in the future but would like to start the role as Group FC so they can promote and reward as the position develops.

In terms of location, they have two offices but predominantly you'll be based out of Nottingham as that is where their Accounts team is.
