A financial technology firm in London is seeking a Group Financial Controller to oversee financial control across a multi-regulated international environment. You will manage group reporting, tax strategy, and liquidity requirements while leading a finance team. The ideal candidate has ACA or CIMA qualifications and significant experience in financial management. Reporting into the COO, you will be a senior leader within the Finance function, responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial control, tax, and intercompany across a multi-regulated, international Fintech group. You will partner with the Business to ensure financial stability, compliance, and scalability while optimising the company’s capital, liquidity, and tax position.
The Group FC will lead on group structure management, tax strategy, audit and regulatory readiness, and control environment strengthening, whilst supporting commercial growth.
