This is more than a reporting role - it's a potential Finance Director position, offering genuine exposure to senior leadership, investors, and strategic decision-making.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll play a key role in leading the finance function day to day while driving performance and supporting growth initiatives across the group. You'll own financial control and reporting, but you'll also have a strong FP&A and business partnering focus - helping shape the strategic direction of the business.

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading month-end, management accounts, and statutory reporting
• Developing and owning budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow models
• Providing detailed commercial analysis and insight to support key decisions
• Partnering with operations and commercial teams to drive profitability and efficiency
