We\'re looking for a Group Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our team in Kings Hill, West Malling.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual budget process and rolling forecasts aligned with the Group\'s growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models and dashboards using Power BI and other tools.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop scalable FP&A processes and enhance forecast accuracy across all three financial statements.
  • Partner with commercial, operations, and supply chain teams to align budgets with strategic drivers.
  • Monitor and drive improvements in Capex and Working Capital performance.
  • Produce and present clear management reports and KPI benchmarks for senior leadership.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting in line with IFRS standards.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through KPI analysis and group-wide benchmarking.
  • Drive automation, reporting improvements, and support financial system upgrades.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent with FP&A experience.
  • Proven experience in a multinational, multi-currency environment - ideally within FMCG or agriculture.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills are essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical, numerical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Are a self-starter and have the desire to learn new skills and work towards change driving efficiencies and improvements.
Desirable
  • "Big four" background is advantageous.
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience in an above market (Group or Regional) role is beneficial.
