A global aviation services company in Edinburgh is seeking a Group Financial Accountant to manage financial reporting and liaise with senior management. Ideal for those with up to 2 years of post-qualification experience, the role offers opportunities for career development in a dynamic commercial environment. Candidates must have strong technical accounting knowledge, especially in IFRS, and excellent skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The Group Financial Accountant will be responsible for various aspects of financial reporting, both internal and external. This role will liaise with senior management, including Group Financial Controller and Head of FP&A. The role forms an important part of a strong team and is central to our future development and ambitious business plans. The role brings opportunities to progress both within Group Finance or in other parts of the business.
The role is ideally suited for a first move out of practice or for an accountant with industry experience looking to experience a dynamic commercial environment with opportunities to develop their careers. The successful candidate will play a highly visible role in the success of the group\'s audit process, liaising with senior members of the external audit team, in addition to the statutory audits of the Group\'s UK subsidiaries.
