Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Обеспечение годового цикла отчетности группы и подготовки годового отчета.
• Подготовка технических оценок по учету по IFRS и сопутствующих документов.
• Руководство или участие в обзоре impairment goodwill и нематериальных активов.
• Учет сделок по приобретениям/отделениям/реструктуризациям и другим нештатным операциям.
• Координация требований внешнего аудита и обработка аудиторских запросов.
• Учет по налогу, отсроченному налогу и раскрытиям в финансовой отчетности.
• Подготовка и обзор консолидированных графиков и связей.
• Оказать техническую поддержку группе финансів, включая ежемесячную отчетность и консолидацию.
• Способствовать улучшениям в процессах отчетности, контролях и документации.

Описание:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to support the Group Finance team through the year-end reporting cycle. The role is focused on Group reporting, technical accounting, external audit and tax reporting. The successful candidate will have experience within a Group Reporting or Financial Reporting function of an AIM-listed or other listed company and be comfortable working as part of a collaborative, hands-on team.

• Support delivery of the Group's year-end reporting process and annual report.
• Prepare technical accounting assessments and supporting papers under IFRS.
• Lead or support goodwill and intangible asset impairment reviews.
• Support accounting for acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and other non-routine transactions.
• Coordinate external audit requirements and manage audit queries.
• Support tax accounting, deferred tax calculations and financial statement disclosures.
• Prepare and review Group consolidation schedules and supporting reconciliations.
• Provide technical support across the Group Finance team, including monthly reporting and consolidation activities.
• Support improvements in reporting processes, controls and documentation.

• Significant experience within a Group Reporting, Financial Reporting or Technical Accounting function of an AIM-listed or other listed company.
• Proven experience of Group consolidations, annual report preparation and year-end audit processes.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
• Experience preparing technical accounting assessments and impairment reviews.
• Good understanding of tax accounting and financial statement disclosures.
• Experience using consolidation and financial reporting systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong team player with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
• Able to take ownership and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and technical capability.
