Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Ability to operate at both detail and board level.
• Experience in a private equity–backed environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the finance team.
• Deliver timely, accurate consolidated monthly management accounts.
• Produce and support board pack financial reporting and commentary.
• Oversee cashflow, liquidity, and working capital management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Manage covenant reporting and lender relationships.
