David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. Beaconsfield is seeking a Group Exercise Supervisor to lead a team of instructors and drive dynamic group classes at our Beaconsfield club.

The role requires CIMSPA Level 2 or 3 qualification and a passion for health and fitness, with the ability to engage members across a varied timetable. You will manage class delivery, support ongoing CIMSPA-accredited training, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive club culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of instructors.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
