Job summary

The Independent Schools Council in Abingdon is looking for enthusiastic self-employed exercise instructors to develop an exciting program of activities. Qualified instructors will deliver a range of both high and low intensity fitness classes, teaching according to their area of expertise. Candidates must hold a CIMSPA Level 2 qualification or equivalent and have experience in delivering group exercise lessons. Job description

Abingdon Sports and Leisure is looking for enthusiastic and qualified self-employed exercise instructors to develop an exciting programme of activities. Applicants must have a positive attitude and be organised, highly motivated and patient with excellent people skills.

We are seeking qualified instructors to deliver a range of high and low intensity group exercise and wellness classes (e.g. circuits, aqua aerobics, yoga, Pilates etc.). Instructors will teach according to their specific area of expertise and must have an Exercise to Music qualification or equivalent to CIMSPA Level 2 and current CRP Certification as well as previous experience of delivering Group Exercise lessons. We are particularly looking for an instructor who can teach 1-2 evening classes per week (6pm onwards).

Exercise Instructors are appointed on a self-employed basis with a competitive hourly rate. Abingdon offers excellent facilities for all group exercise lessons.
