Job summary

Parkwood Leisure Limited is recruiting a Group Exercise Instructor for Quayside Leisure Centre on a casual basis. The role emphasizes safety, enjoyment and delivering high-quality group exercise with strong customer service and communication skills.

You will lead Exercise to Music sessions, build relationships with members and staff, and be prepared to work additional hours as required in a professional leisure environment. Benefits are offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and skills in the class subject being taught.
• Exercise to Music Level 2.
• Able to gain acceptance and respect from clients.
• Able to build strong relationships with customers, clients and employees.
• Able to communicate at different levels of the organisation, listen and direct.
• Able to meet the demands of the role by working additional hours when required.
• Demonstrate clear identification with all customer requirements.
• Maintain and deliver quality training.
• Motivated and enthusiastic when teaching the session.

Group Exercise Instructor

Salary £21.50 Per Hour

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated Group Exercise Instructor to join our team at our leisure centre. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high profile, professional organisation with excellent career prospects.

Primary objectives for the Group Exercise Instructor will be:

• To ensure the safety and enjoyment of everybody participating in the class.

The Person

• The successful post holder will have knowledge and skills in the class subject being taught.
