A leading environmental consultancy is seeking a Group Environmental Advisor based in the United Kingdom. This role will focus on leading environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with local legislation, and fostering a positive HSSE culture within the organization. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in an environmental field and possess strong communication and analytical skills. Experience in environmental or sustainability functions is essential. The position offers competitive compensation and a collaborative work environment.
We are looking for a self‑motivated and organised Group Environmental Advisor to join the Group Environmental Team, based in Westhill, Aberdeen or Sutton, London. The role is a 12 month fixed term basis, covering maternity leave.
The Group Environmental Advisor contributes to the development, implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, work methods and initiatives in support of the Company’s overall environmental strategies.
This person will be responsible for leading and communicating Group Environmental initiatives, and sharing these initiatives and best practice across all regions.
They will contribute to developing a robust and mature Environmental Compliance plan in line with global and local legislative requirements.
They are to create a positive HSSE culture within Subsea7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSSE codes and practices. They will act in line with the company values, ensuring that they are familiar with and adhere to our Code of Conduct.
The Group Environmetal Advisor reports to the Group Environmental Director who reports to the Group HSSE Vice President.
