Job summary

T H WHITE Group is seeking a Group Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to lead EHS across all divisions and report to the CEO. You will set group standards, develop policies, and drive regulatory compliance and safety performance groupwide.

Collaborating with division EHS resources and operations, you will implement training, lead audits, and deliver environmental and sustainability initiatives, including ESOS/ISO considerations where applicable, while traveling to depots as required.

Qualifications

  • NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety is essential.
  • IOSH membership or working towards is preferred.
  • Proven track record leading EHS programs at senior level.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Group EHS strategy and standards.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance and groupwide accreditations.
  • Drive safety culture and employee training.
  • Support divisional EHS resources and audits.
  • Coordinate incident investigations and corrective actions.
  • Liaise with CEO, board, and stakeholders.
  • Lead environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives.
  • Monitor ESOS / ISO 14001 where applicable.
