Job summary

A leading operating group in the UK is seeking a Group Commercial Director to lead commercial strategies across its portfolio. Role Overview

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Group Commercial Director will lead the development and execution of commercial strategies across Birch Faraday’s portfolio companies. The role is responsible for driving organic revenue growth, enhancing tendering and pricing processes, and supporting portfolio Managing Directors (MDs) in improving profitability and market positioning.

Reports to : CEO

Location : Office-based

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement standardised tendering and bid processes across the portfolio.
  • Lead high-value bids for key clients (e.g. NHS frameworks, local authorities) and the tendering process for new contracts and renewals.
