Moutere Management Ltd operates an extensive, diverse business portfolio including DC Equipment; global suppliers of steep slope logging equipment, Moutere Logging and The Loggers Shop in Brightwater. DC Equipment manufactures, services, and distributes from their head office in Nelson, with branches in Chile and Canada, and a global distributor network. They aim to create a safer and more productive steep slope logging industry and are leaders in innovative technologies. As a growing business, they are diversifying into new markets, supplying equipment for land clearing in construction, oil, and gas industries internationally.

Reporting to the General Manager of Finance and Administration, your role is to provide accurate and insightful analytical reporting across various commercial activities and multinational entities. You will be responsible for a newly established Canadian entity, leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting. You will develop KPI reports for senior management, preferably using Power BI and other tools. Managing international tax requirements, including transfer pricing policy review and analysis, is a key aspect of this role. You will also analyze and improve workflows and ERP systems for accurate and timely data reporting. This position involves high interaction with senior management to ensure ERP systems and processes are followed for work orders, purchase orders, invoices, and more.

To succeed, you should have proven experience in international business operations, transfer pricing, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting. Qualifications are valued, but your technical and practical accounting skills are most critical. Experience in manufacturing or project-oriented industries such as construction and engineering is advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential.
