Job description

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE)

Location: 1 Large site in Sleaford, 3 smaller sites in the local area

Working Pattern: Predominantly Monday to Friday however, flexibility is required.

We are seeking a Group Catering Manager to join our Dine team. As the Group Catering Manager you will need to be energetic, innovative, professional and strategically driven to properly plan for the business needs. You will need to have an organised approach towards work.

This role will oversee 1 large site 4 days a week and oversee 3 smaller sites in the local area 1 day a week.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Oversee all catering operations to meet contractual, financial, and service objectives.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication, performance reviews, and innovation.
  • Manage budgets effectively, controlling labour, food, and operating costs to achieve profit targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing catering team with a focus on engagement, retention, and progression.
  • Step into the kitchen to support the team during periods of annual leave, absence, or peak service demand.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards, including HACCP and audit requirements.
  • Use data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Who you are:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience multi-site catering management level
  • Culinary background essential
  • Valid driving license and active driver
  • Experience in driving a business forward building relationships with clients
  • Demonstrable financial acumen applicable for the role requirements in managing a P&L
