Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to work for a well‑established business. The role is office based with travel to the other locations in Hampshire, Wiltshire, Devon & Dorset, so flexibility is a must!

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Directors, you will take ownership of all vehicle sales across their group territory, overseeing new and used vehicle sales and contract hire. Your mission: drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across multiple sites, while ensuring alignment with manufacturer and dealer objectives. You will lead the execution of sales strategy, manage performance, optimise operational processes, and maintain strong manufacturer relationships, all while motivating a high‑performing sales team to exceed targets.
