Job description

Permanent, Part Time (14.4 hours per week)

Overview

We are looking for a Group Apprenticeship Administrator to provide administration support to the Apprenticeship Group Unit and Apprenticeship staff, to support the effective management and delivery of apprenticeships and its operation within each College.

Key Responsibilities

This role would suit someone who is educated to Level 3 as a minimum and who has experience of providing strong administrative support within a fast-paced environment in an Apprenticeship setting. You’ll have excellent attention to detail, the ability to meet targets, and be able to build relationships across teams to deliver tasks effectively. You’ll be a strong communicator with a high level of computer literacy, able to organise and prioritise, working effectively under pressure.

Whilst the role is predominantly based at South Thames College (Wandsworth Campus), you will be required to travel to and work from any of the STCG sites.
