Responsibilities

• Lead toolbox talks and risk assessment briefings to promote a safety-first culture.
• Ensure operatives are working safely, efficiently, and to plan.
• Oversee plant materials and labour to meet programme deadlines.
• Supervise safe excavation around live/buried services.
• Drive high standards in quality, health & safety, and productivity.
