Job summary

RTL Group Ltd in Pontefract is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee groundworks on a 6-8 month contract. The role offers a negotiable rate DOE and starts ASAP, with further work anticipated for the right candidate.

You will manage day-to-day groundworks activities, coordinate site teams and subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered to programme while maintaining safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Manager experience within groundworks.
• Strong groundworks background.
• SMSTS certification.
• CSCS card held.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day groundworks activities.
• Coordinate site teams, labour and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are delivered safely and to programme.
• Monitor progress, quality and Health & Safety.
• Liaise with engineers and the wider project team.
