An opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a Bromsgrove-based Residential Groundworks Business on their commercial team. The client has experienced continual growth and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to help expand the business as they have multiple upcoming projects.

Duties:

• Optimising contract profitability
• Providing quotations to clients for variations
• Having a comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks
• Preparing accurate monthly cost and value reports
• Performing all other daily tasks typical of a Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in value engineering
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
