Job summary

Link Force Ltd is seeking a skilled Groundworks Foreman to lead groundworks operations on a Windsor site. You will supervise the groundworks team, coordinate with subcontractors and project managers, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency on busy sites.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership, extensive groundworks experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Groundworks Foreman in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of groundworks processes and health & safety regulations
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Valid CPCS card and relevant certifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee groundworks operations on site
• Supervise the groundworks team and coordinate with subcontractors
• Coordinate with project managers and ensure safety, quality and efficiency on site
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
