A leading construction recruitment firm is seeking a Groundworks Labourer with a Dumper ticket for an ongoing large-scale project in Swindon. The role offers an hourly rate of £20 and requires working from 7.30am to 4.30pm. Candidates must hold a CSCS/NPORS card and provide their own PPE. The contract length is expected to last between 3 to 5 weeks, running up until Christmas.

My client is recruiting a Groundworks Labourer, who also has a Dumper ticket to work on an ongoing large scale commercial project in Swindon.

HOURLY RATE: £20.00 per hour - CIS

LOCATION: Swindon

DATE COMMENCING: MONDAY 24th NOVEMBER 2025

LENGTH OF CONTRACT: 3 - 5 weeks - will take you up until Christmas

HOURS OF WORK

• 7.30am - 16.30pm
• Book 9 hours per day / 45 per week

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Groundworks Labourer, you will be completing site clearance on this commercial site, using the Dumper.

REQUIREMENTS

• CSCS / NPORS card
• You MUST have your own PPE

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Reliable
• Can communicate well with other members of the team, and for Health and Safety reasons
• Experienced in groundworks labouring
