Groundworks Foreman required in Southampton.

Our client is a reputable groundworks contractor, specializing in residential new build sites, due to several contract wins they are now looking for a Groundworks Foreman to join their team on a self-employed basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations on site
• Supervise and coordinate groundworks teams, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure timely project delivery
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain site records and report progress regularly

Requirements

• Relevant Groundworks Experience (residential new build projects preferred)
• CSCS Card (essential)
• SMSTS or SSSTS (essential)
• CPCS/NPORS Machine Tickets (preferred)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
