Foreman - Groundworks Contract (Birmingham)

We are currently looking for an experienced Foreman to join a well-established groundworks contractor with an ongoing project in Birmingham. This role offers long‑term work on a variety of civils projects.

Role responsibilities

• Supervising groundworks gangs across multiple sites
• Managing external works and off‑site drainage installations
• Coordinating with site management and subcontractors
• Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to spec
• Maintaining site records, health & safety, and progress reports

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Foreman on groundwork/civils projects
• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)
• Able to read technical drawings and manage teams on site
• Good communication and leadership skills

Location: West Midlands

Start date: Immediate

Duration: Ongoing, long‑term work

Rate: Negotiable, depending on experience
